1. Products and Pricing

We sell used, new, and remanufactured tractor parts. All new parts are aftermarket unless stated otherwise. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and pricing, but we cannot guarantee their complete accuracy. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correct fitment before installation. We reserve the right to correct any errors and adjust prices without prior notice. We are not associated with Deere & Company™.

2. Warranties and Returns

• Used Parts: Used parts are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover misuse, or improper installation. If a used part fails within the warranty period, we will replace it with a similar part or refund.
• New Parts: New parts have a 1-year warranty. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or parts used in performance applications.
• Returns: We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be authorized by us beforehand. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
• Warranty Limitation: Our warranty is limited to the replacement of parts or refund of parts purchased. We are not liable for any other damages or losses, including consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

3. Shipping

We ship via UPS, USPS, and T-Force Freight. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and your chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by carriers.

4. Payment

We accept PayPal and credit card payments. All payments must be made in US dollars.

5. Disclaimer
