Welcome to Green Spring Inc. dba Green Spring Tractor® ("Green Spring Tractor®," "we," "our," or "us"). Green Spring Tractor® is a federally registered trademark of Green Spring Inc.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site") and your purchase of products or services from us. By using the Site, placing an order, or clicking to accept these Terms at checkout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. When you place an order through the Site, you affirmatively accept these Terms as part of the checkout process, and that acceptance forms a binding agreement covering that transaction.
These Terms are incorporated by reference into every quotation, sales order, and invoice we issue, each of which includes a link to the current version of these Terms. By accepting a quotation or sales order, or by accepting delivery of goods or services under an invoice, you agree to these Terms for that transaction.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase from us.
1. Use of the Site
You may use this Site only for lawful purposes.
You may not attempt to breach security, disrupt operations, scrape data, reverse engineer systems, or access any portion of the Site improperly.
We reserve the right to restrict access, refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate use of the Site at our discretion in cases of misuse, abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, manuals, specifications, and product listings, is the property of Green Spring Tractor® or its licensors and is protected by U.S. trademark and copyright laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of Site content is strictly prohibited.
3. User Accounts
Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity under their account.
You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or improper conduct.
4. Products, Pricing, and Orders
We sell new aftermarket parts, OEM parts, used and salvage parts, equipment, tractors, and accessories.
Unless expressly stated, aftermarket parts are not OEM-manufactured.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by John Deere, Deere & Company®, or any OEM brand unless explicitly stated.
Product listings, pricing, specifications, availability, and shipping timelines may change without notice.
Inventory errors, pricing errors, supplier shortages, or fraud indicators may result in order cancellation. If payment has been captured, a refund will be issued.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying correct fitment, application, and compatibility prior to ordering.
Some orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping destination and the taxability of the items ordered, as required by law.
Online-Only Pricing
Prices displayed on this Site apply only to orders completed directly through the website.
Online pricing may differ from pricing offered in-store, at the counter, by phone, or by email due to differences in processing costs, promotions, inventory sourcing, or fulfillment methods.
To receive the online price, the order must be placed online.
In-store, phone, or email orders are not guaranteed to match website pricing.
4A. Product Images, Representation, and Condition
Used and Salvage Parts
Product photos depict an actual part from our inventory, but not necessarily the specific part that will be shipped.
A single photographed part may represent multiple identical or substantially similar parts.
Paint and cosmetic condition are never guaranteed.
While used and salvage parts are guaranteed to be functional and in good usable condition, cosmetic condition may vary. Parts received may show more wear, fading, rust, or cosmetic defects than shown in photos.
We make no guarantees regarding the condition, inclusion, or serviceability of:
- Bearings
- Seals
- Bushings
- Gaskets
- Internal wear components
- Hardware
- Accessories
- Any items not explicitly listed in the product description
Normal wear consistent with used or salvage components should be expected.
New Aftermarket and OEM Parts
Product images for new parts may be representative.
Packaging, branding, labeling, or minor visual details may vary by supplier or production batch.
The written product description governs what is included. Photos are for reference only and do not expand or modify descriptions.
Fitment Acknowledgment
Customers acknowledge that:
- Fitment verification is their responsibility
- Images do not guarantee cosmetic condition
- Items not listed are not guaranteed
5. Payment
Payment must be received before order processing or shipment.
We accept major credit cards processed through Stripe and other payment methods offered at checkout.
All charges are processed in U.S. dollars.
5A. Technical Assistance and Parts Research Services
Brief assistance with identifying parts for a purchase from us is provided as a courtesy, at our discretion, and may be limited or declined at any time.
Extended technical support, diagnostic assistance, repair guidance, parts research, fitment research, and parts lookup services — whether by phone, email, or in person — are billable professional services, charged at our then-current shop labor rate (currently $100.00 per hour, minimum one half hour), regardless of whether a purchase is made.
Before billable time begins, we will inform you that the requested assistance is a billable service and quote the applicable rate. By continuing after that notice, you agree to pay for the service at the quoted rate. Time spent is billed in quarter-hour increments after the minimum.
Amounts owed for technical assistance or research services are due upon invoicing. We may require prepayment or a deposit before beginning or continuing research services, and we may decline further assistance or suspend order processing on any account with an unpaid service balance.
Technical assistance is provided for general informational purposes based on the information you supply. It is not a substitute for inspection or diagnosis by a qualified technician, and Section 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties) and Section 9 (Limitation of Liability) apply to all assistance and research services.
5B. Document Delivery; Paper Mailing Fee
Invoices, statements, quotations, receipts, notices, and other transaction documents are delivered electronically (by email or through your account on the Site) at no charge. By providing an email address or creating an account, you consent to electronic delivery of these documents.
If you request delivery of any document by postal mail, or if postal mail is otherwise used at your request, a mailing fee of $2.00 per mailing applies. This fee covers printing, postage, and mail processing infrastructure. The fee applies per mailing (which may contain multiple documents), including mailed invoices, statements, quotations, and duplicate copies.
The mailing fee will be added to the applicable invoice or charged at the time the mailing is requested. We may waive the fee at our discretion, and we do not charge the fee for mailings we are required by law to send by postal mail or that we initiate for our own purposes (such as warranty correspondence, or legal notices).
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders may ship from our Pennsylvania location or from fulfillment partners.
Shipments may be handled by UPS, USPS, T-Force Freight, or other carriers at our discretion.
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and from different locations. Partial shipments do not constitute incomplete orders.
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon carrier acceptance.
Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, suppliers, or force majeure events.
Certain items — including batteries, fluids, and other materials classified as hazardous for transport — may be subject to carrier restrictions, additional handling fees, ground-only shipping, or geographic limitations. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot lawfully or practically ship.
International Shipments and Customs
For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices unless expressly stated.
We are not responsible for customs delays, inspections, refusals, seizures, or additional requirements.
Failure to pay required customs charges may result in delayed delivery, return, abandonment, or destruction of the shipment. Any resulting costs or losses are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We do not undervalue shipments or mark orders as gifts.
7. Limited Warranties and Returns
The warranties in this Section 7 are LIMITED WARRANTIES.
Used Parts — 30-Day Limited Warranty
Unless stated otherwise, used and salvage parts include a 30-day limited warranty against failure under normal use, measured from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to the primary component sold. Consumable or service items (including bearings, seals, bushings, gaskets, hardware, and other wear items) are not warranted unless expressly stated in writing.
New Aftermarket Parts — 1-Year Limited Warranty
Unless stated otherwise, new aftermarket parts include a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, measured from the date of delivery.
Yanmar Products
Yanmar-branded equipment and parts are covered exclusively by the Yanmar manufacturer warranty, subject to Yanmar's terms and registration requirements. We do not provide a separate written warranty on Yanmar products.
Duration of Implied Warranties
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON A PRODUCT COVERED BY A WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Warranty Remedy and Limitation
Warranty remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LABOR, DOWNTIME, LOST INCOME, TOWING, HAULING, OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Core Charges
Certain products may include a refundable core charge.
Core refunds are issued only after receipt and inspection.
Cores must be returned in rebuildable condition within the specified timeframe.
Core return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Installation Responsibility
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow manufacturer specifications.
Returns
All returns require prior authorization and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all packaging.
All returns must be shipped to:

Returns sent elsewhere will not be accepted.
A 20% restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Non-returnable items include:
- Electrical parts
- Custom-built or special-order items
- Installed or used items
- Unauthorized returns
All returns are subject to inspection.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTIES STATED IN SECTION 7, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
FOR PRODUCTS COVERED BY A WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY UNDER SECTION 7, IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE NOT DISCLAIMED BUT ARE LIMITED IN DURATION AS STATED IN SECTION 7, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS ANY RIGHTS YOU HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED OR LIMITED.
The Site itself, including all content and functionality, is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A PURCHASE UNDER THESE TERMS MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED, EXCEPT WHERE A LONGER PERIOD IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Spring Tractor® from claims arising from misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.
11. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Informal Resolution First
Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first contact us at support@greenspringtractor.com describing the dispute and giving us 30 days to resolve it. Most disputes can be resolved this way.
Small Claims
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Individual Claims Only; Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTH PARTIES KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR A PURCHASE FROM US.
If the class action waiver or jury trial waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that finding does not affect the enforceability of the remainder of this Section or these Terms.
Forum
Except for small claims matters, all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts identified in Section 13.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For any claim not subject to arbitration, the state and federal courts located in or serving Cumberland County, Pennsylvania shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes apply only to future transactions. The version of these Terms in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
15. User Submissions
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it for marketing or promotional purposes.
16. Severability and Survival
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective.
Sections 2 (Intellectual Property), 5A (Technical Assistance and Parts Research Services), 7 (Limited Warranties and Returns), 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), 11 (Dispute Resolution), 13 (Governing Law and Venue), and this Section 16 survive any termination of these Terms or your use of the Site.
